Lango is set to search for the representative as Miss Lango 2023/24,  Amolo Elizabeth from Aduku Gombolola, Olami B, Ikwera ward, Kwania District, Amolo Elizabeth is one of the competent contestants Lango is looking at.

Amolo Elizabeth is From the clan of Arak Okwero Ocobo and she is an Administrator by profession and the C.E.O of Femix media graphics., and also the current Rising Woman Miss Tourism Northern Uganda.2022 and a student at Makerere Business School.

Lango Sub Region is blessed with a number of tourism sites, Among these tourist sites include; Kungu in Apac district where the first missionaries who came to Lango camped, Kangai in Dokolo district where Kabaka Mwanga of Buganda and Omukama of Kabalega were arrested while fleeing British rule, Tyen-Olum (Olum footprints) in Ibuje, Apac district, Uganda’s first Olympic gold medalist, John Akii Bua’s grave and the home of Okello Field marshal in Alebtong district, Barlonyo massacre site in Lira district, Otuke hill in Otuke district where the first Lango people settled after migration among others.

The voting period is presumed for June 2023 as it will be un vail by the central organizers soon and she is calling upon all Lango persons and well-wishers to support her in this move to represent Lango as Miss Lango 2023/24.
